Hand poke tattoo workshop

There are manymisconceptions around hand poking nowadays. With the raise of advanced technology, artists can accomplish a tattoo in less than 15 min. Which slowly leads to a faster consumption rate of tattooing and less appreciation for the essence of the craft.
Whether it is with machine of by hand; we believe that either means of tattooing is equally as impressive.
Hand poking is the very origin of the tattooing craft. This workshop focuses on teaching you how to achieve textures and details that would not be possible with a machine.
From the tattooing process to the healing, everything about a hand poked tattoo differs. Leading to completely different results. J who has mastered the craft will be showing the ropes of how to achieve all sort of textures: cloudy, blurry, shadows, aged, textiles…
The next course is on the 19th of August at 6pm. Each lesson is on every Tuesdays for the following 6 weeks.
